M² is short for "M squared" — the husband-and-wife team behind every property we rent. This is who we are and what we're building.
We've both rented homes before. We know what it feels like when a maintenance call goes unanswered, when a deposit gets nickeled and dimed, when a landlord treats a tenant like a line item instead of a person.
So when we started buying and renting properties of our own, we promised each other we'd do it differently. Pick the right places, take care of them properly, and treat the people who live in them the way we'd want to be treated.
M² Holdings — M squared — is family-owned and family-run. It's small, but it matters: every decision here gets made by the people whose names are on the door. There's no leasing department, no third-party management company between you and us.
If you live in one of our homes, you'll know us by name. And we'll know you.
People at every stage of life have come through our properties — young families, retirees, traveling professionals, students, folks rebuilding after a transition. We don't have a "type" of tenant we look for. We have a standard for how we treat everyone, and we expect the same in return.
